The Art of Misunderstanding–Pictures from an Exhibition

Today’s online edition of the German weekly newspaper Die Zeit has a slide show of images from an exhibition at the Museum of Communication in Frankfurt. The image below is an installation piece from the exhibition illustrating how misunderstanding seems to be a part of love as much as a kiss or a wedding band.
The second image is Norman Rockwell’s The Gossips. It’s a depiction of that favorite party game of children all over the world demonstrating how a bit of information is transmuted as it is passed along from person to person.
